Tracy joined Blackburne Mortgage Broking in 2014 after starting her career in Finance in 2004.

Tracy is an outgoing, well organised Client Liaison Manager who works as part of the Blackburne Mortgage Broking team to ensure that customers loans settle on time. Her excellent customer focus, organisation and communication skills ensures that our customers know what is happening with each key stage of their loan as it progresses from submission through to settlement. Customers who have benefited from Tracy’s assistance with their loans, attest to her helpfulness and ability to resolve even the most complex of issues in a timely and efficient way.

Tracy obtained her Property Management Registration and joined Blackburne Property Management in 2017 as an Inspections Officer to broaden her knowledge within the company.  Her attention to detail when completing Routine Inspections is outstanding.

In her spare time Tracy likes going to the gym and spending time with her family and friends.

I am a seasoned finance professional with over 20 years of experience across private banking, asset finance, and financial education. I hold a Master of Finance (Honours) and a Bachelor of Commerce (Marketing) from Curtin University, along with a Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking.

Throughout my career, I have held senior positions at leading financial institutions including Macquarie Bank and Westpac Private Bank, specialising in high-net-worth client advisory, credit structuring, and strategic lending solutions. As Sales Manager at Yes Loans Asset Finance, I led business development and lending strategy across both consumer and commercial finance.

Alongside my industry work, I have maintained a strong connection to education. I’ve served as a lecturer and tutor at Curtin University and am the co-author of a widely used university textbook on bank lending—underscoring my commitment to financial literacy and the next generation of finance professionals.

Combining deep industry experience with academic insight, I offer a professional and thoughtful approach to finance, grounded in integrity, clarity, and long-term value.

Jing completed her Bachelor of Commerce in 2018, majoring in Accounting & Marketing. Jing joins the Blackburne team as an Assistant Accountant early 2024 with over 2.5 years’ experience in wholesale industry.

 

Her attitude towards work and her work ethics reflects her strong sense of responsibility. In her role as an assistant accountant, Jing consistently demonstrates her reliability and accountability. She understands the importance of meeting deadlines and deliver accurate financial information.

 

Outside of work, Jing enjoys playing badminton and spending time with her friends and family.

Aled has over 7 years of accounting experience, after graduating from Curtin University with a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Accounting & Finance.

 As a long-standing member of the Blackburne Finance Team, Aled has worked his way up from an entry level position to his current position of Corporate Accounts Officer, using the skills acquired from his degree, as well as a positive attitude and eagerness to complete his work to the best of his ability.

In his spare time, Aled enjoys watching and playing sport, spending time with family and friends, listening to music, going on walks in the hills and cooking.

Zoe joined Blackburne with four years of experience in the hospitality industry. After relocating to Perth from the United Kingdom in 2024, she developed a passion for real estate after seeing the vibrant property market. After being inspired, Zoe is eager to apply her skill set to a new exciting field and in future obtain her Real Estate License.
In her role as an Inspection’s Officer, Zoe is dedicated to ensuring tenants have a positive and comfortable experience while providing exceptional and professional service. She is committed to upholding high standards in all aspects of her work to communicate effectively with tenants and Property Managers.
Outside of work Zoe enjoys spending her time at the beach, travelling and staying connected with friends through Facetime.

Valerie has been actively involved in real estate since 2015, gaining over 9 years of experience in managing a diverse range of property portfolios across Botswana and recently Australia.

Armed with a Bachelor’s degree in Property Development and Estate Management, she has successfully overseen multiple  property portfolios. Valerie specialises in  ensuring that all properties under her care run smoothly and efficiently. She is known for her meticulous attention to detail, strong communication skills, and commitment to ensuring tenant and owner satisfaction.

Outside of her professional life, Valerie enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, exploring her creativity through makeup, and immersing herself in captivating novels. These personal interests keep her balanced and energised, driving her passion for continuous personal and professional growth.

Vy joins Blackburne as a Property Manager, bringing three years of experience in real estate, having started her career as a Sales Assistant. Vy brings a sharp focus and a strong commitment to excellence in every aspect of her work. Outside of her professional role, she embraces a balanced lifestyle and enjoys hiking, sunset runs, and winding down with a good show.

Rachael has joined Blackburne with over 6 years previous experience in various industries ranging from Hospitality to Retail and Business. Rachael is a proficient worker and is known for being a quick learner.

Rachael has previously obtained a Certificate III in Business and a Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking in which has led her to her current role as a Property Management Assistant here at Blackburne.

In her spare time, Rachael enjoys visiting new restaurants, trying new foods, and spending quality time with friends.

Indya joins Blackburne with 7 years in the retail industry. In 2020 she decided she wanted a change and got her license in real estate and began her career with Blackburne. Indya began her roll in routine inspections and over the years has moved through, assistant property management and leasing executive. During this time, she has obtained her sales license and is now a full-time property.

Indya’s passion for real estate is shown through her love of customer service and the property industry.

When Indya is not at work she enjoys going to the gym, socialising with friends and travelling.

Miles joins the team at Blackburne with 2+ years in the real estate industry. Relocating from Brisbane and originally from Melbourne, he has past experience in the hospitality industry. Beginning his career in real estate as an assistant Property Manager, he soon transitioned into a leasing consultant role. This exposure and insight into Property Management provided him with knowledge and experience into a Property Manager role.

Miles is results driven and prides himself on his ability to create meaningful relationships with all of his clients. His strong negotiation skills paired with his ability to actively listen allows him to understand his clients and achieve desired results for all parties.

He completed his Advanced Diploma in Building Design (Architectural), providing a strong interest in understanding the design process of the built environment.

In his spare time Miles is enjoying exploring Perth, beach days and painting murals.
