Established in March 2003 by Paul Blackburne, Blackburne has grown to become one of the leading property companies in Perth.

Our sustainable landscape and ecology practices have added more plants and trees to our sites than there was initially. Our incorporation of green roofs, landscape deck areas and botanical parklands with use of native flora promotes the preservation of biodiversity.

Our projects generate electricity through solar panels which reduces the reliance on fossil fuels and decreases the carbon footprint. Solar power is a clean, renewable energy source that does not produce greenhouse gasses or air pollution.
