Rent prices have settled at around $350-$360 for a good one bedroom apartment, and on average $400-$500 for a good two bedroom apartment – depending on the number of bathrooms and car bays.
We’ve had a great success in leasing over the past six months, securing 262 tenants in properties.
This month we’re already on our way to a record month, with a low vacancy rate of 4.9 per cent, well below the average rate in Western Australia of 6 per cent – given that a significant proportion of our own rental portfolio is comprised of inner-city and near-city apartments.
These properties are generally new complexes with many features that tenants desire, such as security, common amenities such as a gym and pool, and a great location – when look at these properties alone our vacancy rate is just 3.3%!
