- In collaboration with committee members, assist in the development of a maintenance schedule for the building.
- Communicate regularly with owners and distribute required documents including Body Corporate Rules & Regulations, ensuring awareness and adherence of these Rules.
- Provide consultative advice on particular issues such as sinking funds and professional indemnity insurance cover.
- Convene and conduct an Annual General Meeting on behalf of the Body Corporate.
- Convene, conduct and document the minutes of the Management Committee, Sub-Committees, and other general meetings of members.
- Provide full financial management and accounting services.
- Maintain your property to the highest standard and obtain quotations for maintenance works for consideration of Members where necessary and select quality contractors to provide services to Common Property.
