UDIA’s annual awards

A group of highly talented and insanely attractive people gathered at the weekend for the UDIA’s annual awards, with Cottesloe Redevelopment by Curtin Heritage Living taking out the top gong.

Civic Heart by Finbar won the high-rise apartments category, along with the urban renewal award.

East Village by Blackburne won the mid rise category while Dalkeith Terraces by Westbridge Urban took out the boutique development award.

Stockland Whiteman Edge by Stockland won the Masterplanned Communities award while the Design award recognised The Grove Residences by Blackburne.

Myella in Wanneroo won the Satterley residential subdivision award.

Blackburne’s West village won for marketing, while the T.L. Robertson Library won for social and community infrastructure.

The sustainability category was taken out by the Shire of Dardanup for its new library, administration and community building.

The judges gong when to both Murdoch Square by Hesperia and Aegis Health and to the marketing team at Kennedy Bay by Parcel Property.
