Jing completed her Bachelor of Commerce in 2018, majoring in Accounting & Marketing. Jing joins the Blackburne team as an Assistant Accountant early 2024 with over 2.5 years’ experience in wholesale industry.

 

Her attitude towards work and her work ethics reflects her strong sense of responsibility. In her role as an assistant accountant, Jing consistently demonstrates her reliability and accountability. She understands the importance of meeting deadlines and deliver accurate financial information.

 

Outside of work, Jing enjoys playing badminton and spending time with her friends and family.

Grace brings a wealth of experience to our team, with over a decade of expertise in customer service, sales, and travel coordination. Her background has equipped her with exceptional skills in communication, problem-solving, and customer relationship management, all of which enable her to excel in her role. Passionate about real estate, Grace is eager to further her career in this dynamic industry with Blackburne.

Outside of work, Grace enjoys exploring the diverse landscapes of Western Australia and socializing with friends. Her dedication and enthusiasm make her a valuable asset to our team.

Dale joined Blackburne at the start of 2024, bringing over 25 years of experience in the property and finance sectors. He is responsible for the financial and operational oversight of the Blackburne Group, including leading the Property Management and Mortgage Broking functions to ensure the highest levels of service are provided to Blackburne clients. Dale’s extensive background in property development and funds management makes him a valuable asset to the team, contributing to the company’s continued success and innovation.

Bianca McKenna is the Sales and Developments Administration Manager at Blackburne and brings a wealth of experience to her role, with more than two decades of experience in administration and project management.

Bianca’s extensive background in these fields have equipped her with a deep understanding of the intricacies of business administration from meticulous record keeping, managing projects, personnel and ensuring compliance.

She has experience in the area of project management in building luxury homes, assisting clients with their home building project from inception to completion, including interior and exterior selections, providing detailed documentation for construction and preparing contracts and variation documents.

Bianca has a passion for real estate and property development. Coupled with a drive to deliver exceptional service to her peers and clients and a high level of organisational skills, she is a key player in her team.

In her leisure time, Bianca enjoys exploring new culinary establishments, cooking, cycling and embarking on new creative hobbies including pottery and art.

Patricia is a highly skilled marketing professional with a deep understanding of the property industry. Her expertise in this field has allowed her to develop and implement effective marketing strategies that drive business growth, enhance brand recognition, and engage customers.

One of Patricia’s key strengths is her ability to manage cross-functional campaigns. She excels at bringing together different teams and departments, fostering collaboration, and ensuring that everyone is aligned towards achieving common goals. This skill set has resulted in exceptional results for the campaigns she has led.

In addition to her campaign management skills, Patricia is also adept at brand management. She has successfully elevated the Blackburne brand, leveraging her knowledge of the property industry and her understanding of customer preferences. Through her efforts, the brand has gained increased recognition and a stronger market position.

A notable aspect of Patricia’s professional profile is her strong communication skills. Aled has over 7 years of accounting experience, after graduating from Curtin University with a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Accounting & Finance.

 As a long-standing member of the Blackburne Finance Team, Aled has worked his way up from an entry level position to his current position of Corporate Accounts Officer, using the skills acquired from his degree, as well as a positive attitude and eagerness to complete his work to the best of his ability.

In his spare time, Aled enjoys watching and playing sport, spending time with family and friends, listening to music, going on walks in the hills and cooking.

John has had over 40 years continuous experience in property, and has established a reputation for honesty, integrity and hard work. Few people in the property industry have such a wide breadth of experience in property development, project marketing and general real estate.

John syndicated and oversaw many of Perth’s leading property developments for over 30 years and, as a result, continues to be in high demand as a consultant on a wide range of property issues. John is a Fellow of the Real Estate Institute of Australia and a recipient of the Urban Development Institute of Australia award for ‘Best Medium High Density Development in Western Australia’.

His name has been synonymous with 163 apartment buildings totalling 5,300 apartments throughout the Perth Metropolitan area. Many of John’s clients and strategic partnerships have been in place for over 40 years, which bears testimony to his unmatched reliability, principled approach and dedication.

Paul is the Owner, Founder and Managing Director of Blackburne.

Since starting the company in 2003 with a $900,000 loan Blackburne has grown to become one of the largest property companies in Australia, specialising in large scale residential and commercial property development, property management and mortgage broking.

Blackburne currently has $1.65B worth of projects completing this year or under development now with starting construction soon. These projects are mostly iconic, high-end resort style apartments in the prime suburbs of WA.

Paul’s achievements have been recognised with a number of leading awards including:

As Managing Director, Paul leads an experienced team of long term senior executives that manage the day-to-day operations of the Blackburne group of companies.

Paul is married with two young children and spends any spare time he has on travelling and adventure sports.
