On 5 October 2016, Blackburne was awarded the Communications Award at the REIWA Award for Excellence!

This is a great reflection of a number of achievements for Blackburne, which had involvement from many different levels.

“In recent years, we have experienced a very strong period of solid growth, and we refocused the business on property development with strata management, property management and mortgage broking as complementary services.

It was timely to refine our Communications Strategy, and as part of this, we assessed our current resources and approach, to see how we could continue to increase the number of enquiries to our
business, and grow our client base.

We have successfully strengthened our brand identity through a rebrand, improved our digital presence, and achieved a strong presence in the media through generating positive PR.

We have also focused on touching base with our existing clients, to offer our range of services, including one-on-one free consultations to help people make an educated decision when purchasing property in Perth.
