Today, I’m talking with Paul Blackburne about his goal setting growth mindset, measuring success, and how to achieve your goals. Paul Blackburne from Blackburne Property Group is someone with a goal. He’s a successful owner, founder and managing director of Blackburne Property Group, one of Perth’s biggest apartment developers specializing in high-end luxurious apartments. In this video, Paul shares his upbringing growing up as an average academic and attributing a lot of the success he has today to what he did after completing school and travelling the world. He reflects that it was during those years of travel at a time with no mobile phones and no internet that he learned how to budget and how to become resourceful working different jobs, adapting to different cultures, it matured him quickly. On his return home, he had become a much more grateful and stronger person. Today with a property Empire worth over $500 million, numerous business awards and accolades, it is his five years of overseas experience that reminds him to never let money, wealth and success get to him.
