Blackburne’s Oracle a first for the inner northeast

Blackburne’s Oracle apartments have commenced construction, setting the benchmark for Perth’s newest inner city neighbourhood.

Located at the corner of Stirling and Aberdeen Streets, Oracle will offer the ultimate connected life, uniting favoured inner city locations Northbridge and Highgate, with the heart of Perth’s CBD.

Probuild, one of Australia’s largest and most successful construction experts and one of Australia’s leading builders, has recently been appointed to the project. Their expertise is grounded in the Perth landscape with such iconic projects as the Crown Perth Redevelopment, Cloisters on Hay and the CeVue Apartments in Scarborough.

“We are extremely excited about this opportunity to work with Blackburne and continue our relationship with one of Perth’s leading property developers,” said Probuild’s State Managing Director, Sam Delmenico. “The Northbridge area is starting to flourish culturally and Oracle will form part of this exciting new precinct with its outstanding facilities and design.”

The inner northeast is poised to be reborn as one of Perth’s most desirable neighbourhoods, and Oracle is the first project of its kind in this precinct to commence construction.

Jarrad Sizer, Blackburne’s Director of Development, says that working alongside Probuild to provide an exceptional residential offering in this location will launch what is set to become one of Australia’s finest walkable districts.

“There are a number of other projects selling in the area but they are potentially years away from starting construction,” said Jarrad. “Oracle will set the benchmark for the area and stimulate a number of other exciting projects from a cultural perspective,” he said.

Perth’s Lord Mayor, Lisa Scaffidi, was present at the recent ground breaking ceremony on site and agreed that Oracle’s construction commencement is a pivotal moment in the area’s rebirth as an inner urban district.

“The precinct is quite unique in that residents will be able to walk to the transit hub of the Perth Train Station, shop and dine in the city centre, take in the arts and theatre of the Cultural Centre, while also enjoying easy access to the cafés, restaurants and buzzing nightlife of Northbridge and Beaufort Street,” she said.

Offering refined apartment living over 22 floors, Oracle has been conceived by award-winning architects DMG Australia, providing exceptional interior design, first-class finishes and with stunning panoramic views in every direction. Its natural illumination and ventilation maximises the benefits of the building’s north-south orientation.

The quality development, extraordinary amenities and superb city views are attracting a large number of owner-occupiers, with more than 50% of Oracle’s apartments already sold.

Jarrad Sizer says that the social element of the building’s common areas is a drawcard for owner-occupiers, enhancing the community aspect of its enviable location.

“There’s a fitness hub on the podium level with an extensive gym, yoga room, sauna and pool, as well as a rooftop skygarden with open-air furnishings, barbeques, a private dining room and movie theatre,” he said.

Oracle’s location, quality and exceptional design will assure its landmark status in an increasingly popular and exciting area.
