Blackburne’s latest apartment offering Marina East in Ascot Waters has met with a strong response.
Managing director Paul Blackburne said the project was a huge success.
“We had over 200 people through the sales display over the past couple of weekends and have already sold over $22 million worth of apartments,” he said.
“The buyers who have purchased in this project are looking forward to enjoying absolute waterfront living that this rare piece of property provides.”
Marina East was designed by architect firm Hames Sharley and will include one, two and three-bedroom apartments and penthouses over three boutique-sized buildings.
The apartments will have high-quality fixtures and finishes, including deep freestanding baths, quality kitchen cabinetry and designer timber flooring.
In keeping with Blackburne’s commitment to providing a lifestyle as well as a home, residents will have access to a private internal garden, barbecue alfresco dining area and a recreation centre with a yoga room, gym, water sports storage room and sauna.
Mr Blackburne said residents would enjoy a house-sized lifestyle combined with the benefits of apartment living.
The development will also include a ground-floor alfresco cafe next to the Ascot Waters piazza.
Marina East will be built on the marina at Ascot Waters and will make the most of the riverside location
The location provides easy access to shops in Maylands and Morley, while residents can take their boat along the river from the Swan Valley to Fremantle, passing the Ascot Racecourse, Maylands Peninsula Golf Course, Perth Stadium, Crown Perth and Elizabeth Quay along the way.
Marina East is due for completion in late 2019.
Prices start from $410,000 for a one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment, $595,000 for a two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment, $960,000 for a three-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment and $1.96 million for a four-bedroom, three-bathroom residence.
A sales display with demonstration kitchen and bathroom and viewing tower is located at 16 Marina Drive, Ascot.
