For those who don’t already know, Blackburne is proud to have won the prestigious Best Medium Density Development Award from the Urban Development Institute of Australia (UDIA) for our recently completed project Monarc in Highgate.

This award was hugely deserved after a number of consistent finalist positions in the same category for past projects and previous years.

It is a proud recognition of Blackburne’s commitment to be always learning, improving and striving to deliver the best product as a pioneer in the Perth apartment market.

Paul Blackburne has also won one of Western Australia’s most prestigious and recognised business awards, the 40under40Business Awards – First Amongst Equals.
